Our Story: The Honestly Baked Revolution
Most people start their day with bread, but few know what’s actually inside it. When we looked at the "healthy" options on the market, we saw a lot of hidden truths: breads claiming to be wheat but filled with Maida, cookies marketed as "rich" but loaded with cheap Palm Oil, and cakes flavored in a lab rather than a kitchen. We decided to do things differently. We decided to be honest.
Our "No-Shortcuts" Philosophy
We don’t bake for shelf-life; we bake for life. Our mission is to provide a healthy start to your day by replacing industrial ingredients with kitchen essentials:
- From Maida to Whole Grain: We have moved to Low Maida to 0% Maida options, focusing on 50% to 100% Whole Wheat (Atta) and Oats for better digestion.
- Saying No to Palm Oil: You won't find Palm Oil or Dalda in our Breads, Cake and Cookies. We only use heart-healthy Sunflower Oil, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Desi Ghee, and Real Butter.
- Natural Sweetness: We’ve replaced refined white sugar with traditional alternatives like Bura, Desi Khand, Jaggery (Gur), and Dates.
- Real Ingredients: Our fruit based cakes are made with real fruits. Our Cheese items use real cheese, not synthetic cheese flavor.

We started this bakery because we wanted better for our own tables. Every loaf of Ragi bread, every Jaggery-based Rusk, and every fruit-loaded Tea Cake is crafted with the same integrity we’d want for our own children. Move towards a healthy start. No false claims, just honest baking.
